Planning a company BBQ, Picnic, Holiday Party or Retreat for your business? We can provide the chairs, tables, linens, games and decor for your event. We’ll set-up and take-down everything you need to execute a successful gathering.

Company Party Rentals

The Party People can provide all the equipment you need for your Company party. Whether its a BBQ, Picnic, Retreat or Team Building event we can handle it. We rent you the tables, chairs, heaters, tableware, linens, games, bars, toilets, handwash stations, bag toss and more!

Our service areas include all of Central Oregon, Bend Oregon, Sisters Oregon, Sunriver Oregon, La Pine, Oregon, Black Butte Ranch, Eagle Crest Resort, Brasada Ranch Resort, and beyond!

We pride ourselves on great communication and planning skills to make your event happen without a hitch.

Company Picnic

We had our company picnic at Whispering Willow Lodge down in Sunriver – the location was great, and Party People supplied chairs, tables, lighting and even helped us find The Sleepless Truckers Band. Everybody enjoyed themselves and everything went as planned.
